Description:
Emulsion 500 is an all-purpose flat emulsion that is commonly used for interior and exterior surfaces. This emulsion is weather resisting and is not affected by changes in temperature or humidity. It provides good flow properties, good flexibility, good film coverage and hiding power, good durability and adhesion properties with short drying time, and no harmful vapors and scents.
Emulsion 500 is an economical product, water resisting, and can be cleaned. This emulsion can be applied to surfaces of masonry walls, bricks, and eternit besides the advantage of applying it to already painted surfaces.
Emulsion 500 emulsion is a product which keeps its color and brightness due to its resistance to ultra violet light and weathering, used for decorating and protecting homes, apartments, farm buildings, office buildings and many other commercial structures.

General Preparation:
Before using this product, you should prepare the surface by applying water and thus all stains and dirt are removed.
In addition to that, be sure to remove loose paint in order to assure a 100% adhesion. After that the product should be applied evenly and allowed to dry.
How to use:
Before applying the product, stir the content well then add water according to the kind of surfaces to be painted.
Application temperature between 10 and 40 degree Celsius.
Drying time (20 Degree celsius):
The paint surfaces dry to touch within 20 minutes of application and dry to handle within 1 hour and would develop to an absolute water proof film within 6 days.
Drying times can be affected by many factors such as temperature, ventilation and coat thickness.
Coverage:
One drum of 17 liters is able to cover about 200 square meters when applied over non porous surface. As for porous
surfaces, more paint is required to give a smooth film.
Safety:
Skin:Wash affected area thoroughly with soap and water.
Eyes: Flush eyes immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention.
Inhaled: Ensure good ventilation during application and drying.
Swallowed: If swallowed dilute by giving two glasses of water to drink. DO NOT induce vomiting.
Consult Physician IMMEDIATELY. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person.
